CAVALIERI ASSYRTIKO

2023
PGI DRAMA
DRY WHITE WINE

CAVALIERI Assyrtiko is a special wine, which comes from selected vineyards of low acre yield from the famous white Greek variety, part of which matures in oak barrels for 6 months.
The CAVALIERI wine range have became single-varietal wines, made from a singular grape variety, with the aim of better highlighting specific varieties.
The name is inspired by the honorary title CAVALIERI, given by the Italian Republic to Nico, Marga and Federico Lazaridis.
